- AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information;
- AI responses should be reviewed by qualified personnel before making business, legal, medical, financial, or regulatory decisions;
- RapidDev does not guarantee specific outcomes from AI-generated content or recommendations.
Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate or rely on third-party platforms, software, APIs, and cloud providers.
These may include providers such as:

RapidDev is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, API limitations, service interruptions, policy changes, or other actions taken by third-party providers.

For SEO, digital marketing, paid advertising, and related services, RapidDev provides strategic recommendations and implementation services.
Because search engines, advertising platforms, and market conditions continuously evolve, we do not guarantee:
- search engine rankings;
- advertising performance;
- lead volume;
- conversion rates;
- return on advertising spend (ROAS);
- revenue growth.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- respond to requests in a timely manner;
- supply necessary access credentials and permissions;
- obtain any required third-party licenses;
- review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.
Project delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect delivery schedules.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party and not disclose such information except as required to perform the agreed services or as required by law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RapidDev disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
