WorldVia is an award-winning Georgia-based host agency that helps independent travel advisors grow their businesses through lead generation, supplier partnerships, marketing tools, and training. As the network scaled to thousands of travelers, WorldVia reached a point where its business ambitions outgrew available technology infrastructure. The Challenge
WorldVia had the business model and the growing network - but no technology infrastructure to support what came next. As the agency scaled, critical gaps emerged:
Travelers couldn't find the right agent. There was no fast, reliable way for clients to discover and connect with advisors, so the search experience was slow and couldn't keep up with the growing network. Agents had no way to build their own presence. WorldVia wanted every advisor to have a professional website, but the available tools didn't support the level of customization the business required. Every service lived behind a separate login. Agents had to re-authenticate across multiple platforms and third-party tools, which created friction and slowed adoption.
