Its web-based app interface brings organizational culture leaders step-by-step plans, tools, and consultant guidance to create a more Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive (DEI) culture that evolves with them.
The Challenge
LTHJ Global, a leading diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultancy firm, faced the challenge of developing an innovative DEI Information System (DEIIS) platform called Sojourn. The company sought to create a no-code, low-code minimum viable product (MVP) that would enable organizational culture leaders to access step-by-step plans, tools, and expert guidance for fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
However, LTHJ Global needed a reliable partner to help them achieve this goal while also incorporating their existing UI/UX designs and seamlessly integrating surveys and learning management system features.
The Solution
RapidDev partnered with LTHJ Global to develop a no-code, low-code MVP of their DEI Information System (DEIIS) platform, Sojourn, using Bubble as the primary technology. The collaboration began with an initial scoping exercise led by RapidDev's CEO, Matt, and evolved into a full-development project based on the specifications provided by LTHJ's internal UI/UX designer. RapidDev worked closely with LTHJ's in-house engineer to prioritize key functionalities for the MVP, such as custom-built surveys and a learning management system, while planning future features for subsequent iterations.
Throughout the engagement, LTHJ primarily collaborated with Matt and Project Manager Kate, along with a dedicated team of 4-5 RapidDev professionals. The partnership, which began in October 2022, has resulted in an investment of around $30,000 and continues to thrive as new features are added to the Sojourn platform.
