TrueFootage is an innovative startup specializing in real estate valuation and related services. Their approach combines the development of internal tools to enhance operational efficiency with the creation of commercial solutions for external users. TrueFootage is highly skilled in using no-code platforms like Bubble, enabling them to independently build landing pages, administrative tools, and forms. For more complex integrations and advanced functionalities, they collaborate with external partners, allowing them to scale effectively while maintaining their focus on core business goals.

The Challenge

TrueFootage faced several challenges in their journey toward growth and operational excellence. First, they required a robust internal management system to efficiently allocate property valuation orders among their team members. Their existing Bubble-based system, while functional, consumed approximately 40% of server capacity, creating scalability concerns for future growth.

Another significant challenge was the need for seamless payment integrations and automation, both for managing individual subscriptions and for handling payouts to external agents. Additionally, efforts to optimize their online presence through SEO improvements proved to be less effective due to slow implementation processes. The company also needed to adapt their tools and workflows to meet the demands of a new high-profile client in the automotive valuation market, which required substantial modifications to their existing infrastructure.

The Solution

To address these challenges, RapidDev implemented solutions tailored to TrueFootage’s operational model. For internal operations, RapidDev developed a management system designed to handle order distribution and added email and SMS notifications using SendGrid and Twilio to improve communication and throughput.

For payments, RapidDev introduced a custom Stripe integration to support individual subscription management and account setup. In addition, RapidDev developed a scheduled payout system for external agents, processing payments twice a month with the flexibility to include custom bonuses for exceptional performance.

To improve usability, RapidDev reworked application interfaces for better responsiveness and alignment with evolving branding and functional requirements. RapidDev also prepared the system for enterprise-level scalability, supporting higher traffic and the ability to manage thousands of monthly orders. Key functionality was implemented to support operational needs, including guest-order tracking and report downloads, while TrueFootage continued building landing pages and dashboards independently in Bubble.

The Result

The internal management system RapidDev built became a core part of TrueFootage’s operations, streamlining order processing and improving team communication. Payment flows are now live for subscription management and agent payouts, giving the business reliable, automated financial operations.

With scalability improvements and new functionality in place, TrueFootage is better positioned to handle increased order volume and support enterprise clients, including expansion into automotive valuation. The improved responsiveness also delivered a smoother user experience across internal and external workflows, creating a stronger foundation for continued growth in both real estate and automotive markets.
