SharpPerformance is a mobile application designed for professionals in high-stress environments, including military personnel, law enforcement officers, and firefighters. The company was founded by former military personnel who identified a gap in mental health support for individuals in demanding professions. Their vision was to create a structured, accessible solution to help users develop coping mechanisms through guided exercises, coaching sessions, and resource libraries.
The Challenge
