Accessing FlutterFlow's built-in analytics features begins by logging into your FlutterFlow account. Visit https://flutterflow.io/ and input your username and password in the respective fields before clicking on the "Sign In" button.
Step 2: Navigate to your Applications Dashboard
Once logged - the user is normally directed to your Applications Dashboard. If not, you can navigate to the dashboard by clicking on the "Apps" option in the left sidebar.
Step 3: Select the App you wish to Analyze
The Applications Dashboard lists all your projects. To open the analytics for a specific application, click on the application thumbnail.
Step 4: Open the Analytics Section
You'll be directed to the main interface of your chosen app. On the left sidebar menu, you can find various features like Design, Data, Actions, etc. Search for the "Analytics" option. Click on "Analytics" to open the application's analytics page.
Step 5: Understanding FlutterFlow Analytics Interface
You should now be on the analytics page for your chosen application, which gives an overview of your app's activity, engagements and other essential analytics.
Step 6: Filter Your Data
You have the option to filter your data according to specific parameters. This allows you to view your data in several different ways and gives you the ability to grasp trends or patterns within a specific time frame or a particular set of users. By clicking on the filter icon, you can apply filters like Date Range, Platform, City, Country, App Version, and many more.
Step 7: Export Your Data
FlutterFlow also gives users the ability to export their data for further analysis. You can export data in CSV format by clicking on the 'Export CSV' button located at the top right corner of every chart or table in the analytics section. The CSV file will be downloaded directly to your local storage.
Step 8: Investigate Events in Detail
In the Events' section, you can click on each event to view more details about it. When clicked, a new pane opens to the right side showing extended statistics on that particular event including its occurrence over time and relevant user properties.
Step 9: Real-Time Updating
Remember, the analytics are updated in real time. As users interact with your application, the graphs and data visualizations in the analytics dashboard will refresh to reflect the new interactions. This applies to all the sections in the analytics page.
With these steps, you should be able to make full use of FlutterFlow's built-in analytics features. In summary, they allow you to keep track of your app's performance, user engagement and other key metrics that can help you make data-driven decisions in enhancing your application.
