How long does it usually take to get custom CRM done?
A typical set-up takes 8 weeks, which includes full customization. If the customizations are very complex, it can take up to 15 weeks but this is rare.
How customizable is the software?
The designs can be customized down to the pixel. We can also include a range of complex features. We have not encountered anything that we haven’t been able to implement yet.
How easy is it to integrate with other systems I already use?
Every CRM we build has a completely open API. This allows us to integrate with any web-based application you are using.
What limitations are there to using the software?
We typically don’t store HIPAA-compliant data. Whilst it is possible, we typically advise a different product for building CRMs like this.
What are the ongoing costs of the software?
Once it is built, there is only a $129/month fee regardless of how many users you have on the platform!
What additional fees do we need to budget for? What if you need to add more users or want more features?

“How a custom CRM replacing a ‘standard’ CRM platform made a sales team more effective”
The problem

Our client had a complex set of requirements that no standard CRM solution was able to fulfil. They had tried multiple ‘off-the-shelf’ platforms and failed to find one that fitted their needs and had wasted a lot of time and money. 

They needed a platform that could work across multiple departments, requiring six different employee permission types and working within complex internal processes. They need a solution that could be flexible to their current bespoke needs but also work for them going forward as they continued to evolve.

The solution

Working with the client, we mapped out all the internal business logic and approval processes. This information was used to build a custom CRM that gave permissions for multiple users - sales reps; managers; VPs; legal and logistics.The custom build included a capability for each user type to only see specified information and the ability to make agreed actions in the platform.

The results

The client now has a fully customized CRM that is tailored to their business and is now enabling the different departments to coordinate far more effectively, improving performance and maintaining security.

They have managed to reduce wasted calls by 15%, whilst re-activating 24% of the database due to better, coordinated updates across teams.

The problem

The company had a massive sales team across the entire South-West of the US, where each sales rep needed a login on the CRM platform. Their incumbent provider charged per seat, so the cost was extremely high and continually growing as the company grew.

Their backend database was an ERP system on Oracle and the CRM was not integrating fully with it their requirements for reporting were quite advanced and not being achieved. As a result, teams were wasting a lot of time having to create reporting outside of the platform.

The solution

We built a custom CRM platform that was specifically designed to work directly with the Oracle ERP and provide a login for every single sales rep and to grow as more salespeople came on board.

With so many sales reps in the field, the platform was optimized to work on mobile, mitigating areas with poor internet connections. We also ensured an extensive training program so that the entire sales staff was able to maximize the use of the platform.

The results

The sales team was able to use the CRM without any restrictions, regardless of their location. The business is no longer incurring monthly costs for its CRM and does not incur hidden costs when new people join. All of this has meant they have confidence and control of their forward budget.

Over the first 12 months, they have saved 6000 on the cost of their CRM, whilst increasing updates to the CRM by 16%.
